Dear Therapist,

We have contracts with numerous Home Health Agencies throughout the State of Florida, enabling us to give you patients in your chosen area.

To sign up you may email your resume to gus@rehabaction.com. After a (telephone) interview, you will be asked to download the orientation checklist from this website. There you will find the employee file documents that we require to complete your file. Once your file is complete, we will send you a contract. Once the contract is signed you are good to go! We only have 1099 contract positions; we will train you if you do not have experience.

We will call you when we have a patient for you and inform you of the location of the patient (cross streets). If you accept, we will email you the patient information or you will find it directly in the EMR. You will be instructed which EMR to document the treatment notes in.

You may take as many or as few patients as you like. You are your own boss! But once you have accepted a patient, we do expect you to follow through, until the patient is discharged.

By the end of the workweek you are to complete an invoice for the past week. Payroll is calculated every two weeks. There is an eleven day lapse between the end of the pay period and the paycheck being direct deposited into your account. We only issue direct deposits for payments. Please be sure to keep an updated direct deposit form on file with our office.
