Dear Therapist,

We have contracts with numerous Home Health Agencies throughout the State of Florida enabling us to give you patients in your chosen area.

To sign up you may fax your resume to 727-232-0685. After a (telephone) interview you may be asked to download the orientation Checklist from this website. There you will find the employee file documents that we would need. Once your file is complete we will send you a contract. Once the contract is signed you are good to go! We only have 1099 contract positions; we will train you if you do not have experience.

We will call you when we have a patient for you and inform you of the location of the patient (cross streets). If you accept, we will fax/email you the patient information and the blank therapy paperwork. You are to fax your paperwork to us and mail in the original paperwork to the agency that the patient belongs to. You may take as many/ few patients as you like. You are your own boss! But once you have accepted a patient, we do expect you to follow through until the patient is discharged.

By the end of the workweek you are to complete an invoice for the past week and a schedule for the coming week (both on this website). Paychecks will be cut every two weeks. There is a nine day lapse between the end of the pay period and the paycheck being mailed.
